B | 　　北京8月12日电（记者韩鹏飞）8月12日，西部陆海新通道骨干工程平陆运河实船试验启动。此次试验是平陆运河开展的首次全航道、全船型实船试验，也是平陆运河全线正式通航之前至关重要的综合性通航验证，被视作工程投运前的最后一次系统性检验。随着实船航行测试有序展开，这条世纪工程向着年内通航目标稳步迈进。　　据了解，本次实船试验统筹调配代表不同航运需求的船舶开展航行测试，涵盖1000吨级重载、3000吨级重载、5000吨级重载和空载，共四艘船舶。试验船队将沿着平陆运河主航道有序航行，按照方案分阶段开展各类工况条件下的通航实操验证，同步完成全线航标效能系统性检测。

C | 试验过程中，工作人员将系统采集航行相关数据，全方位检验航道条件、船闸运行、锚地布设、航运配套服务区等设施运行的安全性与稳定性，排查优化通航各类细节，为运河安全、平稳、如期通航筑牢技术支撑。　　平陆运河是西部陆海新通道骨干工程，也是新中国成立以来第一条‌国家层面统筹‌的通江达海运河工程。自开工建设以来，项目各方紧盯建设节点，统筹推进主体施工、设备安装、有水调试、配套设施建设等各项工作。截至目前，工程整体建设进度已经超过98%。

D | 根据计划，平陆运河预计今年9月正式通航。　　作为联通西江内河航道与北部湾海港的战略性水运通道，平陆运河建成通航后，将打通广西内河直通海洋的水运新路径，有效完善西部陆海新通道水运网络，优化西南、中南地区出海物流组织模式。长期以来，我国西南腹地大量货物依托西江水运出海需要绕行下游河段，运输距离与物流成本存在优化空间。运河投运之后，将构建更为便捷高效的江海联运通道，助力沿线区域更好对接北部湾港口，深度融入区域产业链供应链协作。

E | 　　水运兼具运量大、能耗低、绿色低碳的突出优势。平陆运河高标准推进航道、枢纽、航运配套设施建设，在工程实施阶段同步落实生态保护举措，着力打造绿色运河、智慧运河。

F | 本次实船试验不只是硬件设施的一次全面“体检”，也是对未来常态化通航组织、船舶通行管理、水上安全保障体系的实战推演。通过真实船舶在线路上连续航行测试，能够充分检验多类型船舶在运河内通行的适配性，为后续通航调度规则制定、海事监管、运营管理积累扎实的实测数据。　　近期，平陆运河各项收尾与调试工作持续推进。此前，全线通水、全航段巡航检查等一系列前置工作相继完成，为本次大规模实船试验创造了有利条件。建设、航运、海事等相关单位密切协同，细化试验组织方案，落实现场安全管控，保障本次实船试验规范、有序开展。　　大规模全航道实船试验启动，标志着平陆运河建设工作重心由工程施工全面转向通航试运行筹备。待各项试验项目顺利完成、实验中发现的相关问题整改到位后，运河将具备全线通航基础条件。这条承载区域向海发展期盼的重大水运工程，即将正式发挥通道效能，为西部陆海新通道建设、沿线经济高质量发展注入持久动力。
